guides have been with us for many years, and interpret the natural world,
inviting you into the lives of their people. They know the terrain well
and are conscious of the need to preserve both the culture of their own
people, as well as the wilderness that surrounds them.
The daily treks are on average about 5 to 6 hours - typically trekking
in the cooler morning hours. Our camp crew goes ahead to find an ideal
place for the camp, so by the time you arrive, camp is set up and a delicious
meal is ready. We use small supply vehicles to carry the camps, or donkeys
for porterage thus keeping our approach as low impact as possible. While
we try to keep things simple, you will be amazed at the level of comfort
we provide, with hearty, healthy meals and friendly, helpful staff.
